beautifully designed common areas, charming cobblestone locale, access to tea and coffee facilities
Lack of elevator access made it frustrating to reach rooms on higher floors!!! The vague WiFi information could be clearer instead of having to ask for details!!!

I had a professional stay at The Academy, where the room was well-appointed with a cozy bed and a well-stocked complimentary drinks fridge. The staff were attentive, assisting with any requests efficiently. The location is superb, within walking distance to major tube stations, which made commuting for business meetings very convenient.
The absence of an elevator made accessing the top floor challenging, especially with luggage.

An Unforgettable Birthday Stay
I recently celebrated my birthday at this luxurious hotel, and the experience was fantastic! From the warm welcome at check-in with an upgrade to a suite, to the complimentary bottle of red wine and a thoughtful birthday note, I felt truly special. The hotel’s location made exploring various attractions incredibly convenient, and the delicious continental breakfast, especially the freshly baked pastries, was a delightful start to my day. one improvement could be clearer information on breakfast charges during check-in.

Had a great time with friends! We loved the Academy Book Club for its cozy vibe. Plus, an exclusive tour with Travel Curious took us to the Tower of London and Buckingham Palace, super informative! The courtyard was a nice spot to unwind after a day out, and the location made exploring easy.
But, we did have an issue with our room not being cleaned on one day, which was a bit of a letdown.
